You are responsible for reviewing the completed document and determining whether it meets your needs.

Payment terms

All products are one-time purchases. No subscription is required. Prices are displayed before checkout and are subject to change. The price at the time of purchase applies. All payments are processed by Stripe.

Documents provided by Locke Direct are for your personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label Locke Direct documents as your own document-generation service. Documents are provided as-is, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Intellectual property

The Locke Direct platform, clause libraries, questionnaires, and website content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the specific information you enter. The generated document is licensed to you for its intended use.

Service availability

Locke Direct is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Prohibited use

You may not use Locke Direct to create documents for illegal purposes, to impersonate others, to submit false information, or to circumvent legal requirements.
